How It Works

The process is simple when you sell your house to Dr Cash Home Buyers. A typical transaction, or how it works, is described in the four steps below.

1 – You Call or Email Us

The first step is your telephone call or email to one of our offices. We will ask you a few questions about your house and should we have an interest then we will schedule a date and time to visit you.

2 – Evaluation of Property Value

Since we often remodel or rehab the properties we purchase, we will inspect your house and ask some questions about its age and history. We will then determine our estimate of your property’s value in its current physical condition. Remember, we are buying your home in as-is condition and we will be making all of the repairs and updates.

3 – Cash Offer and Agreement

In many cases, we will make you a cash offer after our inspection. We will explain how we arrived at the offer price. Of course, you are under no obligation at this point. You can accept or decline the offer. However, should you choose to accept our offer then we will complete an official real estate agreement for purchase.

4 – Close

The last step in the process is to arrive at the office of the title company on the day of closing. The process usually requires less than one hour and you, the home seller, will leave with a cashier’s check or the title company will transfer the funds to your bank account.
